Yep, I will graciously accept and enjoy any meal another person prepares for me, just as I will graciously accept and enjoy flowers or chocolate. We have a lovely Mother's Day hiking tradition, which I'm very much looking forward to. I'm not mad at my family, or, for that matter, anyone else who wants to do anything nice for me, ever. I'm mad at a society that doesn't value mothers and then profits off pretending to care.
