Wow. Just wow. All of this unfortunately resonates with my own experiences in both the media and nonprofit industries. Particularly how working mothers are treated (which is a lot of what I write about on Medium), which totally floored me after having my first child. The Good Ol' Boys still reign supreme, and the backroom webs of power they have spun are nearly impossible to disentangle.

Not that I don't have hope, and it starts with people like you speaking up. So THANK YOU. I'm sorry the outcome was so shitty for you. I have to maintain faith that someday, the shitty men will get what they should have coming.
