We are aligned! I just posted a story on Medium this week called, "How I Reclaimed My Sexuality After 10 Years of Childrearing." As you point out, it's all about agency. For me, reclaiming my sexuality started with challenging traditional notions of motherhood as martyrdom. It started with reclaiming my body, my space, and my sense of self.

And as female sexuality becomes even further controlled and confined, as more women will be shoehorned into motherhood whether or not they want to be, I've come to believe that it’s more important than ever for us to acknowledge, and fight for, our own sexuality without shame.
