We are aligned! I had to refrain from highlighting this entire story. Even with a progressive upbringing, I picked up the notion somewhere along the way that men and women's brains are fundamentally different, and even used that line of thinking to justify the disporportionate amount of emotional/invisible labor I was taking on in my household (because I'm so naturally good at multi-tasking!)
