This is the best thing I've read in a while! I love turning the tables like this. I remember when my Black husband was having problems at his job in an all-white, mostly female work environment. No one there could understand why he felt targeted and misunderstood. I told him to ask his white female supervisor to imagine showing up at work every day and walking into a room full of Black men. He did, and it Blew. Her. Mind. (She still eventually fired him without cause, but hey... you can't win 'em all.)
