Thanks for sharing! I do think these blind spots are socialized, even though they're often presented as biological (i.e. men are simply "incapable" of such and such). And I don't think the weight of changing the world needs to rest on the shoulders of women. It's easy to say, "Stop doing all the extra jobs," but as I'm sure you know, much harder to put into practice!
