My point is quite straightforward:

Companies shouldn't profit from paying lip service to mothers while denying them equal pay.

The economic value of raising children is enormous. Studies show that children are THE most important resource for a country's future economic growth. Considering that 75% of mothers work outside the home, our partners should be equally invested in this important task. In an era of two-income households, there is no reason the bulk of it should fall to mothers.

Honor us by paying what we're worth at our day jobs and by sharing the load for the unpaid labor at home.
