My daughter wants to be a lawyer, and though I think she'd be great at it, I do worry about her going down that path. She has some time to figure everything out, so I'm not sweating it yet -- but yes, in a culture where most parents celebrate their doctor/lawyer children, my worry seems somewhat ironic!
