I'm still sometimes afraid of asking stupid questions! At my company, we have open book financial updates, and I finally worked up the nerve to ask about a few rows of the spreadsheet that I didn't fully understand. Turns out, hardly anyone else understood them either but no one wanted to look stupid for asking! I love the idea of Ask A Stupid Question Day, thanks for sharing.
