I think you hit the nail on the head with one of the more exhausting parts of therapy -- beyond the cost, it's having to start all over again with a new therapist if they move or your insurance changes or your schedule changes or for any of the reasons you outline. It's a field in which the continuity of care is SO important, and yet that can be so hard to come by.
