I really appreciate your perspective. One of my best friends just got divorced at 44 and is also not wanting to ever remarry. I heard a story once of an 85-year-old woman whose boyfriend desperately wanted to move in with her and she said no way, living alone was the best thing that ever happened to her! I’m married at 40 but wouldn’t foresee marrying again if I had to make the choice. Not to another man at least, maybe to a woman! 😝
