I have some hope, too. I have seen some younger male coworkers at work being much more actively involved in wedding planning and other activities we formerly considered the women’s domain. I spent a lot of years focused on raising a strong daughter and realized I also need to focus on raising an emotionally available son. I need to challenge the narratives for both of them.
